Canada Hoists Ltd takes pride in the quality of the product that we offer to our clients. Canada Hoists warrants that their products are free of defective materials or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date.
This Warranty only applies to the original buyer and it is not transferable.
Proof of purchase is required for warranty services.
Warranty does NOT include:
- regular maintenance or service
- shipping to and from our store for repairs
- Lifting cables, since those cables can be damaged during improper use of the hoists (cable kinks, birdcages, cable rubbing against surfaces, etc.)
- Electric cables
The Warranty is voided if the product warranted has been damaged by an accident or unreasonable use, neglect, improper service, unauthorized alterations or other cause not arising out of defects in material or workmanship.
Products will be repaired during the warranty period and if this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
This Warranty does not cover in any case the costs of product installation, uninstallation, transport, insurance, import duties or any other expense that may incur during the process.
